That moment stuck.

Because that’s what this gym was built on:

I created Lift and Laugh for the people who feel like fitness isn’t for them.

The people who feel too unfit, too anxious, too unsure.

The ones who’ve tried it all, blamed themselves, and felt like nothing stuck.

Once upon a time, I weighed 150kg.

I hated what I saw in the mirror.

I tried every extreme—quick fixes, crash diets.

Spoiler: none of it worked. It only made things worse. Leading to binge eating, bulimia and mental health issues. So I built what I wish I had back then.

A no-bullshit space built on laughter, strength, real progress, and actual support.This isn’t some sterile gym with fake hype.
