Located in Adare, Limerick, our private gym space includes:

Two fully equipped training rooms (soon to be three!)

Outdoor astro area

Clean, safe, welcoming environment

Sauna and plunge pool facilities coming soon

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Hell no. That’s like saying you need to be clean before you shower.

We meet you where you’re at — whether you’ve never lifted a weight or just haven’t trained in a while.

What if I’ve got injuries or health issues?

Let us know during the application — and we’ll adapt your training accordingly.

We coach real people, not robots. Everything is customised to keep you safe and progressing.

How many people are in a group session?

Groups are capped at 6–8 people.

That means you get hands-on coaching, personal feedback, and none of that “forgotten in the back corner” feeling.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. We get it. You’ll still have access to your training app and online coaching to keep you on track — even if you can’t make it in.

Is there a contract or can I leave any time?

No scary contracts. We do ask for a minimum commitment to get results, but if something changes in your life, we’ll always work with you. Not against you.

Can I do a trial session first?

You can apply and chat with us first. If there’s space available and it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss a trial before you commit.
